IT 经理 - IT Manager
(Doha, Qatar) Looking for an IT Manager for a 5* hotel
As an IT Manager, you will be responsible to provide first level support for both users and guests for various IT and Business applications.
Reporting to the General Manager, responsibilities and essential job functions include but are not limited to the following:
? Control the computer systems budgets.
? Troubleshoot hardware, software and network operating system.
? Be familiar with all hardware and software.
? Provide orientation to new users of existing technology.
? Train colleagues about potential uses of existing technology.
? Provide recommendations about accessing information and support.
? Maintain current and accurate inventory of technology hardware, software and resources.
? Troubleshoot all technology issues.
? Maintain log and/or list of required repairs and maintenance.
? Research current and potential resources and services.
? Provide network access to all colleagues.
? Install work stations and servers.
? Connect and set up hardware.
? Provide network accounts and passwords as required.
? Directs the activities and monitors the performance of the Information Technology.
? Monitor security of all technology.
? Experience with communicating IT vision and strategy to IT and Business Leaders.
? Broad experience with emerging industry and IT trends.
? Certifications from Microsoft, Cisco etc.
? Vendor neutral certifications in IT Standards, Project Management, Security and Risk Management.
